The source code, the visual design, the card layout, the text written by the publisher, the artwork specific to the service and the structure of the databases assembled by the publisher are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher.
Reproducing, adapting or exploiting any of that, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of the publisher is prohibited, save for the exceptions the law allows.
Content published by painters (recipe text, photographs of miniatures, recipe names, categories and tags) is not covered by this section. Section 4 of the terms of use says who owns it and on what basis it is stored here.
Paint brand names, range names and product names in the catalogue belong to their respective owners. They are used descriptively, so that a painter can tell which product is meant, and imply no affiliation. Section 7 of the terms of use covers this in full.
